Couldn't be any happier! They were able to squeeze me in after a mess up with another company in town and their customer service was above and beyond. They were even able to do a better then the quote I had gotten elsewhere. I would rate them 10/5 if I could, and will be going to simple floors for the rest of my flooring needs

We absolutely loved dealing with Tiffany and Ricky at Simple Floors. Selection was great, price was competitive, installers were courteous. Every step was, well...Simple!
We got quotes from all the usual stores in Sioux Falls... Many of them offering "deals". Simple Floors actually got us the carpet/pad we wanted installed at a good price. The shipping process was very low pressure and focused on our wants...not what a salesman thought we wanted. The installers are courteous and respectful and clean. Needless to say we loved the experience.
