My last two appointments have been canceled. This creates an inconvenience for me trying to reach them via phone to be rescheduled. It kind of defeats the purpose for rescheduling an appointment if the medical provider keeps canceling the appointment. Although the location is convenient, it isn't a convince to me to keep rearranging my work schedule to schedule an appointment that ends up being canceled.

I LOVE The Simple Clinic!! Everytime I call or visit they are so on the ball. Almost no waiting time. My Doctor, Heather, is amazing. She listens attentively and helps guide me through decisions without criticism. A well oiled medical machine!
I’ve had such a great experience at The Simple Clinic in Eastover, largely thanks to Melissa. As a nurse, she is incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to help in any situation. She truly takes the time to listen and assist with whatever I need. It makes such a difference to visit a clinic where you don't feel rushed, but actually heard. Melissa is a fantastic asset to the team!
