JoAnn did a great job in soothing my soreness, asked the right questions. Also, she was easy to talk to.
I had an amazing massage by Jo Ann. I went in feeling stiff, with a sore leg, and sore forearms. I left feeling a warmth and comfort in my whole body, noticeably looser and more aligned. The pain in my forearms had melted away AND that night I did not wake up from leg pain for the 1st time in a month! She used a combination of hot stones, Gua Sha, deep tissue and mobility work, and some hot towels on my feet to choreograph a session that was both therapeutic and restorative.
