Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful and completely lacked communication throughout the process. I was clearly told that they would apply for my marriage certificate on my behalf. After waiting for two months, I followed up—only to be told I had to apply for it myself. No updates, no follow-ups, no accountability. Would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience.
I could not have asked for a better service, Chris did an absolutely amazing job! With everything, the lead up to the ceremony, assisting us with all the paperwork, never getting tired of repeating himself with our many many questions, with our rehearsal wedding and at the ceremony! He helped keep us claim and focused, he made us and everyone else laugh and enjoy the ceremony, he was full of reassurance, respect, patience and comfort throughout the entire process.
