Due to my recent surgery, Mr. Greg Dellas came to my home to close my loan. I had already read all the documents so the closing was easy. I really appreciate the fact that the closing officer came to my home for this transaction. His knowledge of the procedures and highly organized manner made the process easy and rapid.
Greg was great to work with for our construction loan closing. We originally planned to close on our land, but when it started raining, he happily met us at a nearby store instead. Even with the last-minute change and no cell service, he stayed positive, accommodating, and made the whole experience easy! The process was smooth, the fees were very reasonable. We'll definitely be back to refinance at the end of our build.
