I had two sessions with this therapist, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel we were the right fit. During my second session, we were scheduled for a video appointment, but we ended up switching to a phone call because I was told the video wasn’t working. Throughout the call, there were several long periods of silence, and I didn’t feel engaged or guided through the session.
