This company is busy and for good reason! They do a great job! Fransisco and his helper did an awesome job at the site. Work was completed in a very difficult situation with a parked car exactly where the job was located. And thanks for waiting for the fire inspector who was very late. On 1/7/2026 Simple Tank Services removed a fuel oil tank which had been installed right next to the house foundation. I was a little concerned about the removal but as soon as I saw Rick handle that back hoe, my fears dissipated instantly, he could have scratched my back with that thing. They arrived on time, performed an exceptional job and were in and out in less than three hours. Amazing! They earned my trust. I will recommend them to anyone without any reservations.
They showed up promptly, at the earlier point of the projected arrival window, quickly drained & hauled the tank out, refilled the hole, and within two and a half hours were done! The guys were friendly, polite & approachable. The process was, as the name suggests: "SIMPLE"!
