I am so happy with my decision to stay here! I stayed here for 4 nights and the entire time it was very nice. All of the staff here are amazing and really make it a pleasant stay. KayCee was super kind, friendly and really cares about making your stay comfortable! The rooms, lobby and workout room are all super clean. Plus they decorated really adorable for Christmas! Definitely stay here if you are looking for an affordable stay without a loss of quality.
Every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant and friendly. Other hotels I've stayed at have some great people and some not so pleasant. At simple Suites they were all wonderful.
I have travelled this country and many others in my life and have NEVER came across a hotel staff so amazing. Shout out to Jordan and KayCee for the Positively Outrageous Service! Now I know what Tina Turner meant when she said “Simply The Best” She must have stayed here too!
I had a wonderful experience at Simple Suites Hotels. The rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everyone was amazing! Sad that is was Scotts last day but even for it being his last day he was above and beyond and don't even get me started on Beth, Kaycee, Kami or anyone else I forgot the name of because I am really bad with names. Fantastic, above and beyond service, very friendly and easy to talk to all day if I could. Even to my dogs! I could not recommend this hotel enough!
