I would like to say a big Thank you to the ladies on the office in Sylvester at Simple Storage Solutions for the great service. Their facility is kept very neat and clean.The ladies were very helpful when I relocated here in Georgia they are very professional doing there job Again Thank you so much.
Had a climate controlled storage unit thru SSS for a year. Never had an issue. Mrs. Martha was an angel when the time came that I no longer needed the unit. She was willing to work with me any way she could as I explained I was coordinating pick up from another state. Highly recommend doing business with this establishment.
Friendly staff! Even if calling after office hours, they have no problem helping you solve the issue!
This storage company also owns the laundry mat next door. Although the laundry mat is kept very clean the management is very rude when you have a complaint. For example they have washer machines that does not run water on your prewash cycle which causes you clothes not to come out clean as they should. I tried speaking and explaining what was going on with the washer and the lady by the name of Margaret just walked off from me.
