Very kind employees and safe storage.
Clean and easy access. It was easy to set up with the app. I like using the phone to open the unit and was able to share access with my son using the app. Great price for the size compared to other storage units in the area. I highly recommend
It's great I have only 3 problems and that is the lighting is very bad in the parking lot The last 2 entrances have no lights outside and its so very dark 2 The middle door is not staying shut and 3 I wished there were later hours bc some people work late or cant be in all the heat due to being diabled and can't move things during the night. But yes I will say that I definitely will give 5 Stars
OVERALL I have had a good experience. Automated services have their PROS & CONS. The A.I. Assistant needs work. The first time I called, I was signed up for a storage facility in SC. The second time I called the assistant said a certain size unit was available when it wasn't. The unit that was originally given to me, wasn't empty. The human staff was able to correct everything pretty quickly. A new unit was assiged within 20mins. (In the correct city/state.) the app was also very helpful.
