Great customer service. Easy access. Love the available equipment they have for us to use.
I'll start with the missing star first: There's some information that should be accessible before renting such as the rental insurance. There's no mention until you begin to reserve and rent your unit. Also, how to use the smart lock on the unit door. While the locks are awesome, I still had to call to figure out "what in the world? 🤔". So a little bit more info would make the whole thing feel smoother.
