We came in from out of state to fill our unit and Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I did have to contact customer service (user error, lol) and my question was answered promptly. I highly recommend Simple Storage Oxford if you are in need of storage in the area
I love Simple Storage. I love that my property is in a climate controlled facility and all my stuff is safe and secure.

I'll start with the missing star first: There's some information that should be accessible before renting such as the rental insurance. There's no mention until you begin to reserve and rent your unit. Also, how to use the smart lock on the unit door. While the locks are awesome, I still had to call to figure out "what in the world? 🤔". So a little bit more info would make the whole thing feel smoother.
