Still waiting 4 weeks later for a response to the call we made to their emergency number to let them know our unit had been robbed and there were others with cut locks. Oakland police were terrific. Simple Storage was not. Find another spot.
Don't use this storage facility; we caught them storing their own construction materials in the unit we had rented out. They are randomly opening rented units and using them if they are empty, which we only discovered because we emptied ours one day but came back a few days later to look for something we were missing and found the unit FULL of machinery and building materials. They didn't seem to think this was an issue, and just know that if you store your things there they will be entering your unit randomly if you use one... read more
