Very convenient to access using only my phone, no need to worry about locks, keys, or hours. Great location, especially for where I live near by. Used to store belongings while we were selling our home. We did have one time we had to call to update billing on file and lady on the other end wasn’t the most helpful but once we figured out the issue I updated it myself. Would recommend to others.
The place is very secure. They use an app to get in the gate and the unit. It makes the process simple. Also, the unit was very clean.

All good so far,price are fair and location is secure
I don’t have option for -1 otherwise it should be this. Everytime even after payment cannot access unit. It’s either battery issue with the unit or their app.. but I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. Earlier mgmt was awesome now either they outsourced or what but they don’t have access to anything
