Rent a storage space, move personal belongings in, in the middle of a storm. while putting stuff in storage, some snow accumulates on the floor by the entrance but before i leave, I clean-up that snow out, shut door properly and leave. I come back the next day to bring more stuff. when I open the door, I find all my stuff covered in a blanket of about 1/2 inch of snow. That’s s been my experience so far. Not making anything up. If you’re going to increase rates you could probably do a little more work here. I shouldn’t have to dig down through snow to get my unit opened.

We are having a terrible experience with simple storage. Even though the service is trying to help, the management still hasn't contacted us to fix the problem. We were locked out after receiving an email saying that we are moved out. When I called customer service, they said they recieved the picture of the empty storage with our unit number. We have no access to check on anything and this happened 5 days ago!!!
