I was initially happy with this facility when I first obtained my unit. Quick response initially. Smooth process. This facility has recently changed ownership and I can tell you they are lacking greatly in customer service. I recently traveled 2 hrs from NS to obtain items from my unit only to arrive and be unable to access my unit as the receiver battery was dead (this was on Dec 5, 2025) I thought ok this should not be too much of an issue, someone will come and assist right? This is a horrible place to deal with,the batteries are always dead so they charge you for a unit that you can not use but they still charge you 120$ monthly.Very poor management team.If anyone needs storage DO NOT go there you will show with things to put in storage and you will be unable to open your unit that you are paying for.Ridiculous place to deal with.If I COULD GO BELOW ONE STAR I WOULD

Day 3 and still no action on the Simple Storage side..can’t get into my unit because of low battery..good place to stay away from
