Horrendous experience. Been locked out of our unit for a month now. Have called multiple times, they even told us when to meet them on-site to look at the issue, and then ghosted us. No one showed. They just keep saying it's been escalated, and then ignoring us. If they tell you it's been escalated, you're in trouble! Random charge for a late charge because they "mis input our info". Workers on the phone are always nice, but management and maintenance are so bad it's actually hard to believe it's happening! Non stop stress f... read more

Highly suggest you do not rent from these people. I’ve been there since May and my monthly fee increased from $100 to $125. And now, they are increasing it to $186.00. AN 86% Increase in price. Absolutely criminal.

Horrible service. I wouldn't rent here. I've had an issue with my lock for over a month and they haven't resolved it or helped me in any fashion. Go somewhere that has staff and not some remote office managed by a third party company.
