Bad service and unreliable
If you want a storage facility that has prompt customer service, good quality locks, a gate that works, technicians that are professional, helpful employees, and that doesn’t take money from your account randomly then make you spend hours fighting for it back… then don’t use Simple Storage! There is nothing simple about dealing with this place, I’d give less than 0 stars if possible. Very disappointed since the change of ownership. Random charges on my credit card. Just billed a $509 “cleanup fee” when my unit is full of my stuff and I’m still paying the monnly rent. No response after multiple emails. Recommend not renting these units.
