I'm not sure if I have ever dealt with as bad customer service before. We were locked out of my units for multiple weeks. Comments here about snow & ice are 100% accurate. Poorly maintained in the winter. But the biggest issue is with the "Smart Technology" and dead batteries in the door. I have had a "low battery" issue in the door of the unit for a month and now a dead battery issue and have not been able to access my business unit with customer product for almost a month, with a song & dance from the management team saying they feel so terrible, but not doing anything to replace the battery or whatever needs done to get me into the unit I ha... read more
