George begins with great ideas and friendly demeanor. After contract signing all communications very difficult. After work completed and payment made, many mistakes and slip-shod workmanship were discovered. The promised monthly maintenance visits were not performed and calls again not returned. A very disappointing experience.
I spent over two hours with George. Super nice guy with great ideas. George missed 3 appointments without Even a call or email. Failed to start the work even after giving me two separate start dates... with a contract in place! Terrible about communication! Does not return calls or emails!
