Simple Solutions replaced our roof and siding plus installed new roofing and siding on an addition. They did a wonderful job. The level of service was excellent. The project was accomplished within our budget and managed in an efficient manner with good communication. Whenever we had heavy rains the water would leak into our basement. We contacted Mr. Anthony Latimer from Simple Solutions Contracting LLC in Prince Frederick, Md. Mr. Latimer called and came to our home the same day. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the damaged roof flashing areas were water was entering the house. I'll preface by saying I waited a long time and hadn't planned on leaving a bad review, but this one was earned. Called to make an appointment and my phone number was written down incorrectly. After about a week, Mark showed up at my house unannounced on a Saturday. He asked my wife if he could come back the next day (Sunday) when I'm home to discuss my windows being replaced. Anthony and his crew bailed me out of a tight spot by repairing my leaking roof after other Roofing Contractors failed to deliver on their proposals. Anthony came out to scope the work, delivered a reasonable cost estimate and scheduled the repairs in a timely manner. His crew showed up as promised (on time) and completed the repairs in a timely manner. DONE! I highly recommend Tony for any of your house repairs.

The crew at Simple Solutions did a great job repairing my vents on the roof and exhaust vents on the sides of the house. They figured out what was causing the noise problem when the wind blew and corrected it. Thanks for taking care of this project for me. I will use you again.
