My real name is Garth R… I have been very pleased with all of my intersections with Simple Solar. From a referral, I know they have a wealth of solar experience. The quotation and installation was all smooth, and there were no surprises. I had some software issues months after installation. (No fault of Simple Solar) and the response time was helpful. Simple solar has been great. Had the panels installed a while ago. Recently had an issue caused by cable installers and Jeff was able to help me resolve the problem remotely. I was very grateful. I recommend them without reservation.

FYI - I dont typically leave reviews, but in this case I feel they justly deserve one. Tom, Kevin, Jeff, Mykola and Walt as well as supporting staff did a phenomenon job from start to finish with the installation of my solar system. They kept me informed at every stage of the process; answering all my questions, including navigating the Canada Greener home program. I wanted the largest system I could get and had a few roof angle headaches to overcome. After getting 8 quotes- Simple Solar was the ONLY one that could get the size I wanted AND the ONLY one that could utilize my wonky roof request. The guys there were straight forward, answered any questions quickly, did what they said they would, did it as fast as they said they would, and for a good price. I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone I talk to that wants solar. We got a 16.4 kWh grid tie system- love it!
