Simple solar uses subpar installation workmanship leading to leaks in our roof which they declined to address. After a 2 month wait, they did replace a faulty inverter. This was on warrantee but we were still required to pay $500. We reluctantly paid our bill. When another issue came up (still on warrantee period) they refused to support us. I would be very hesitant to use this company.
The Simple Solar group has been outstanding for installing and maintaining my home HVAC system for over 20 years. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of their product and in particular their service, which they have reliably provided, often on short term notice. I would highly recommend them For any solar thermal project.
