About the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a pizza restaurant. Ordered delivery had to go get my pizza two hours after I order it. Why go get it? Good question, I should have asked that before I went. Food was sitting on top of oven or oven waiting for someone to get it so it was well done. lol I think I’m dumb! Why do I?
Younger person working was very polite
My girlfriend and I placed and order @8:45 pm. one large pizza and a medium pizza, the delivery was said to be 45 min later. I called @10:10 pm and they never made my food nor did they deliver it. I had to call to figure that out, they are giving a refund which I am glad about. However, I am extremely dissapointed in this simple Simon’s location as I have had good experience at multiple other locations.
