This weekend was the THIRD time I've called in an order for pickup and when I walked in, my pizza wasn't even started. ALL THREE TIMES. I have no idea if it was the same two guys or not. Were they polite to me? Yes. Was I polite to them. Yes. And I prepare for them to be "late" as usual, so I go in a tad late. But when I go in on time or late, I want it ready. I placed a pizza order via phone, was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I show up for my order on time, two males are behind the counter blaming each other that the order never got made! One of the guys starts to make it and tells me that he will start it now. I told him not to bother and I left.
Takes for an hour to a hour and a half to get a pizza done
