Best kept secret! So happy that Simple Simon’s Pizza has expanded into Texas. My favorite childhood pizza. Quality ingredients. The calzone is so good, large, and unlike other calzones out there. It’s so good that I drive a three hour drive one way. I hope they keep expanding. At this location, Brenda takes care of customers and cares about the quality of the pizza. This location also has a pizza called the beast! 30” pizza! I saw one on my visit here. It looked so good!
When this particular location opened, for some reason it wasn't the equal of the 1 other Simple Simon's experience I had @ another location. I was initially disappointed because of the high expectations that were originally set from that other location I had 1st experienced. I think this location though has different owners from when it initially opened or at the very least someone different running the show. I've had my doubts at first, though when I entered, the owner of the store was there cooking and doing it all. She put me on their VIP list and took my order. She was great!... Looks like she has that passion to make them pizzas and care of their quality. Great customer service. Now, the truth about the pizza... I ordered a Lg stuffed crust supreme, To be honest I was VERY impressed... It's up there with Pizza Hut (worked at pizza hut for 9 years). To be a supreme was very good. Heidi Was amazing! She was Extremely Kind and patient with my difficultly Ordering! She is a Blessing to this company and Food Was Great! I would Return!
Have gotten a Big 10 pizza twice, on the pizzeria crust. The first time was surprisingly good, but they definitely are not consistent. The first and second pictures, were both the big 10. Probably needless to say, but the 1st one was much better.
