The Corrigan, TX location is often pretty decent: when management is on the premises. However, when it is a single employee, it is a spin of the wheel. For instance, today, I had part of a "Big 10" pizza. There was something off about the taste, then, I nearly broke a tooth on an olive pit. That's when I realized that the olives were "off". Not the first time an ingredient has spoiled a meal from SSP, but it's my last try. Shame is, the service is mostly friendly. They're nice folks with an occasionally poor product.
I decided to try out this simple Simon’s since the one I normally order from is really good. However this particular location was problematic from the start. When I called to place my order I was immediately greeted with a woman who wasn’t sure how to place the order when I requested a half and half pizza. I love their supreme pizzas however for the price it should be more consistent with who is cooking. What I mean is every time I go which is often every once in a while I will go several times in a row during a week and every time it tastes different like way different as in each cook doesn't put the same ingredients on like they weren't trained well on their cooking pizza abilities LOLI don't know how to explain it but sometimes I get a really good one sometimes it's not so good but the price is always high used to be fixed ... read more
