The Corrigan, TX location is often pretty decent: when management is on the premises. However, when it is a single employee, it is a spin of the wheel. For instance, today, I had part of a "Big 10" pizza. There was something off about the taste, then, I nearly broke a tooth on an olive pit. That's when I realized that the olives were "off". Not the first time an ingredient has spoiled a meal from SSP, but it's my last try. Shame is, the service is mostly friendly. They're nice folks with an occasionally poor product.
I decided to try out this simple Simon’s since the one I normally order from is really good. However this particular location was problematic from the start. When I called to place my order I was immediately greeted with a woman who wasn’t sure how to place the order when I requested a half and half pizza.
