Very disappointed with my experience today. I had a free pizza coupon that came directly through the company’s app, and I went to the store expecting to be able to use it. The manager, Abel, refused to honor it and told me that the store “no longer accepts coupons.” If the company is going to send customers promotions through its own app, those offers should either be honored or have clear restrictions listed. I placed an online order directly from “website” link on Google search for Simple Simon’s Pizza at 3:04 PM. My order consisted of 2 traditional calzone/drink specials and 1 side of ranch. When my order was ready, I asked for my drink cups and the owner told me that his special was over at 2 PM. When I told him that I paid for the special online and showed him my itemized email confirmation, he said that he couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible service. So terrible I didn’t even get my pizza!!!! I called multiple times 30 minutes before arriving in Lubbock and no answer so I decided to place the order online. I got to the facility and THEY WERE CLOSED! I called the next day and the guy tells me I had to call the credit card company to get a refund then proceeds to lie and say they stepped out for “5 minutes”. What a ridiculous establishment. I went to Giorgio’s pizza and got better pizza. Thanks for nothing.
DIDNT EVEN GET TO TRY IT, WASTED 20$ OF GAS HERE AND IT WAS THE WRONG LOCATION, just know someone bugged Yalls stuff up
