I had walked in to inquire about pricing and availability. They were busy. I sat and waited for a person to come to the front. A person did, we made eye contact, and she called her client back and walked away. I did not have a chance to ask anything. I had waited at least 10 minutes patiently. It is a lovely, clean environment. Cute little items to purchase. The customer service was not their at the time.
