WOW! We are doing a bathroom renovation and decided to make a custom shower...48x60...well to find a pan this size is doable, the delivery time was outrageous! My husband found Simple Shower Solutions....ordered the shower pan and the walls and even a pony wall on Thursday morning...everything was ready for pick up Friday at 11:30...amazing! Now it just needs to be installed (super easy) and on go the tiles! Richard was super helpful and knowledgeable...highly recommend them.

We purchased a custom shower base and tile backer board, but unfortunately my plumber installed it incorrectly resulting in the tile backer having a sizeable gap at the corners. Richard came to my home to rectify the issue but the damage was done. We needed a new shower base which was so frustrating!
