The Batavia location was a fantastic experience. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive.
Rodent infestation, water leak damage. I began renting in December of 2025, I still lived in Florida, it was important for me to have a space local to where I was staying, they were local and it was perfect. The images shown are not what you will be renting. My stuff was in there for 2 months. Although a lot of my things were in sturdy plastic containers, the items that were boxed got chewed into, poop and piss on all of my books and whatever was in a box and not vac sealed within, this was just two months!
