We hired this company to handle a $16,000+ project in our HOA community with a 2-year guarantee. Now that spring has hit they refuse to complete the job of the guarantee and attempting to leave us with an unfinished job and poor outcome. We held our job 1,000% and went above and beyond. It’s an HOA so new vendors have a couple extra things they have to do and it took him a little bit extra to finish him being paid.
