Gregory Ashby was absolutely a delight to deal with, very knowledgeable and gives detailed information in terms I can understand. Went above and beyond in helping us get a micro inverter commissioned that we had to replace on a friend's system. Figured out we had a panel issue that was giving us a reduced output. And was very reasonably priced in dealing with us. Can't say enough good things give these folks your business they won't disappoint. Wish I could give more than five stars, Brian Adams.
I cannot say enough good things about Simple Power Solar. We personally went through every possible worst case scenario with another company and had to go through legal actions to get out of our contract. After such a traumatic experience, we started our search for a more reputable company to help us with a partially completed project. Which as you can imagine was not an easy task. This company went out of their way to help me get my solar battery backup system installation completed. After waiting 8 months for Freedom Forever to install my system I gave up on them. I contacted a friend in the solar industry I knew. He got me signed up and a new roof in 2 weeks, and a 14kw battery backup system in 2 weeks after that. They have been great to work with in these days of people not being accountable. Thank you Simple Power Solar!!!
