Simple power solar installed a 15k system with 2 backup batteries at our house. They were easy to work with, installed quality American made panels and components, and their work was clean and professional. Our house is completely electrified and during the power outages we've had they system has worked flawlessly. One of the best investments we've made in our home. Highly recommend! Even the county inspector was highly complimentary of the quality of their work.
Simple installed our solar and battery system. They clearly approach their business with a long-term perspective, i.e., excellent communication, a top-notch installation team, and follow-up to make sure. Was happy with the product so far and performance of the solar panels The reason for not giving better rating is that they damaged our concrete path ( rarely used or visited) behind the house. We did not notice the damage for some time after the install as we left for the summer shortly after. When we first saw it , thought it was really odd for the otherwise flawless concrete patio to have this damage especially in a low use and sheltered area. This is the first home I have had with Solar, I was pleasantly surprised how helpful everyone was explaining things to me! I travel for work and the workers were able to service my solar without me being at home! They hooked the solar up to my internet for me because I am computer challenged and was unable to do it myself ! Great experience
I have been working with the Simple Power team for over one year now from the initial research, to purchase, to installation, glitches, and service. The entire team has been communicative with thorough explanations. There have been some challenges, but I have always felt confident they have my best interests at heart and will work through whatever it takes. Definitely recommend Simple Power.
