We did lots of due diligence on picking this company and decided on them because of their up front honesty and pricing. We upgraded to non Chicom panels and are very happy with their performance after 2 years. The professionalism of this company is outstanding as well as follow up support. Most highly recommend Simple Power Solar, with a special shout out to manager Brandon.
This company is incompetent and left covers off inverters, didn't run loads to loads panel, never wired battery backup load panel, left open junction boxes with wires hanging out, left breakers out of the main. They are now refusing to finish the job by not running loads to the loads panel. I have to hire another company to finish their work on a PPA leased system. Great service. Not only on time, Shawn called a couple hours earlier & offered an earlier appointment. Fixed two issues at our home in less than 1 hr. Reasonable fee. We'll use them again for sure.
The whole process was very professional. The cost was well explained and billed correctly. The crew came on time and worked as scheduled. Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and eager to explain how it would work. The work is completed on time and we now generate more than enough electricity for our daily use. The panels are not too salient and all the finish is seamless and unobtrusive. Highly highly recommended!
