We called simple pool service to come out to our house for a pool cleaning. They scheduled to come out about 9 days later from our call. They never came on the scheduled day , however they called and said due to the weather they would come the following day. The next day, they never came and we also did not receive any call. My husband and I researched someone to help us get our pool on track. When we were "opening" our salt water pool, we noticed that every time we put in DE it would shoot right back into the pool. Mike and Nick came by the next day and spent half the day replacing the filters that had pin holes in them and making sure our pool chemical readings were on track.
