Had some old stuck valves that were causing issues. This is what it looked like before hand, impossible to shut off. Had to deal with ice maker disconnect problem and Joe came up with clever solution. He doesnt rush to throw together any solution that is best for him, he walked through all my options and lets me choose. Very experienced so know how to confront variety of issues.

Had a pipe under the sink burst and water was goin everywhere. Found a plumber in Seattle that could come out same day. He got it fixed up fast and even looked at another leak I didn’t even know about. Wasn’t cheap but def worth it to stop the flooding. Really knew his stuff and didn’t try to upsell anything. Plumbing issues stress me out but this made it way easier. If you’re in Seattle and need a plumber that don’t mess around, I’d say give these local ones a shot. Saved me a huge headache for sure.

I had issues with my shower that I thought really needed some complicated work. The team just called me walked me through the process and we solved the issue in less than five minutes. They did not even charge. It is RARE to find people who give A+ customer service and also possess great integrity. Thank you so much. I will be coming back for any of my plumbing needs.
