I’ve been using this company for over two years. I initially contacted them for gopher and spider issues. While the results weren’t great at first, their former manager, Vanessa, handled the situation professionally and found an effective solution without excuses. Ty resolved my gopher problem, and Chris Barber took care of the spider infestation. I was very satisfied and continued my contract, which now includes treatment for other pests like cockroaches and biting insects.
Today Chris B was friendly, on time, super helpful explaining the process to me, and he treated my home very respectfully. Every tech I’ve worked with from this team has been the same. Excellent customer service from these guys!
