Scam. Per many clients feedback on review sites they are taking orders but not delivering product. Using website upgrades as excuse. Avoid using the service until trust is restored

There auto reorder system broke with their new website so never got a reminder I Called 3 times after my message was 8 days from running out and no one even answers their phones Went to their web and started my details and my information from scratch as their website update caused issues. Placed new order again and they took my $500 and 4 days later on a time-sensitive script and still no order, no email, no products and no info. It's not hard, I paid i have Order number 5079. Don't buy from these guys unless you order some panadol as well to go with the head ache of having to chase them for hours and still get no answers I had to add a star because it wouldn't let me post without a rating

First online doctors video call was done in normal time then the follow-up for scripts Was an absolute disgrace. I have placed three appointments waiting for the Doctor for 30 minutes over the appointment time and no one joined the appointment through the video call. When you’re expecting a repeat script, you would think as doctors they will get this right. I’d highly don’t recommend their services and no one is available to even reply to your concerns or complaints
