My sister referred me to Sylvia and said she is the person to go to for notary services. It was my first time here getting a notary w/ Sylvia, and she was very welcoming and easy to work with. She answered my first call to her @9am today ON A SATURDAY. If you need any last minute/flexible appts notary services, GO TO HER! She is the best.
