We received a flyer in the mail with a 10% discount for Simple Moves. I checked them out online and felt confident about hiring them. I filled out the form online and spoke with the representive. On moving day the mover's showed up on time, but in a very small truck. They worked at a turtle's pace and did not use protective covers on the doors, carpets or even wrap the furniture as they were loading it. This company was a "NO SHOW." – I would really like to rate this company as a minus 5 stars. I scheduled an appointment with this company for today (Saturday) to give me a cost estimate on my move. I made arrangements around their schedule (I rearranged mine) in order to accommodate and save them time and gas money. They never showed, nor did they call. Very bad business. They may have been rated high in the past, but this is now.
