My Family member was transitioning to Florida and looking for a home and needed my help. I always had an interest in the Simple Life Community so it was the first place I took him too! We worked with Liza from day 1 and she has been so Wonderful!!! in helping Barry with the purchase of his new home! I'm so Happy Mr. Bowman settle into this Simple Life Community with ease and he loves it so much here!!
We have toured both North Carolina and Florida communities, but the red flags didn't let us choose our home there. The grounds are gorgeous, the country setting exactly what we want, the site-built cottages high quality, and the amenities pleasing. Unfortunately, the pricing on the homes is contradictory and fluctuates "by the day" as one salesperson said. We have lived here coming up on 2 years in July. If you are looking to be surrounded by nature, living on or near a lake or just soaking up the sun, Simple Life cottage community is for you. The sunsets are breath taking, beautiful garden and tranquil water fountain. Why not reminisce or make new memories. There are many amenities to enjoy.
