Simple Lawns employees and/or subcontractors were hired by my next door neighbors to replace our shared fence. During the course of this job: They came onto my property without respect for my space or boundaries. On Friday, March 13th, 2026, one of their vehicles blocked my driveway for hours — a violation of Clark County Public Works and/or WA State law (RCW 46.61.570), which prohibits parking in front of or within 5 feet of driveways. Very easy to deal with and they really do an excellent job. My yard has never looked better.

My team was the best: Igor, David, Oleg, Diego and Antonio. We started out a little bumpy but the team made it right. We have to give an extra shout out to Diego and Antonio as we have a huge muddy raw yard they tackled it. I would suggest giving my team at Simple lawns a chance if you are looking to install any landscaping.
