When I called to schedule an appointment with Simple Joys, they were able to pull up information from my previous work to be sure all necessary areas were addressed. Additionally, the morning of my appointment, there was an issue with the appointment before mine (their gutters were frozen) and the technicians would be late getting to my house. When we first found out about this company, we did not know we would get this amazing customer service and such beautiful results. From the beginning Kimberly was extremely responsive and friendly; making sure we were satisfied with the arrangements. Israel came to install the lights and he did a stupendous job! The lights are all perfectly aligned and cover the whole area around the roof line even up to the turret. Just had gutters and roof cleaned and moss treatment applied and the whole process was great. The job was completed by Andres and he explained everything clearly. My roof looks new and he cleaned up my yard too. I will be calling them again.
