I went to Nic with severe lower back pain. It was awful. She patiently listened to me, made small suggestions that worked wonders and worked on my body in all the correct spots. I am pain free! For me massages are much better than pain meds because it actually works on the problem rather than masking the problem. I will continue to go periodically, kind of as a maintenance item, to keep the positive results going. Thank you Nic for helping me!!
I had an amazing experience with Nic at Simple Indulgence Wellness. The massage and mini facial were just what I needed. Nic is very intuitive and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. During the service I felt at peace, relaxed, and like I didn't want it to end. I have already scheduled my next massage with her and am looking forward to it.
I had a cranio-sacral session with Nic. Her space is lovely and smells very nice, which was the beginning of my one-hour retreat experience. No words were spoken as she gently did her energy work, slowly moving round my body using gentle warm touches. I left feeling and sensing a deep quiet, meditative and grounded state.
