Had purchased their Sexual Wellness kit from Amazon. Pretty smooth experience overall and timely results.
I sent a sample to this lab and it was signed for on the morning of 01/06 and now as of the afternoon of 1/21 I still do not have any results. I have contacted customer service multiple times and I keep getting excuses. The listing for the product indicated that the kit had a 2-5 business day turn around time. It’s been more than 2 weeks. The directions indicated that the sample had to be put in the FedEx within 24 hours and yet it’s been sitting around their lab for over 2 weeks. Found this company because I needed an STD test ASAP, but saw that they also had other tests on sale, so I also bought one of those colon health poop sample tests. Both tests were actually really easy to use. I will say though that I had to use their video tutorial for the poop sample just to make sure I was doing it right. Otherwise, I got my results for BOTH TESTS within 48 hours of getting the text that their lab received my samples. It was easy to track and see my results online.
