Person who did my service was very rude and harsh, they dont know how to deal with curly hair. They dont have heat protectant spray. I asker to gently de tangle and she gave the brush to me asking you do it yourself. Hygenie is poor, Brushes are not cleaned after a customer looks like. The cloth they put on me also smelled.

Have been a regular customer here and have always been happy with the quality of the hair straightening itself. However, the overbooking and lack of respect for clients' time have become a major issue. My most recent appointment was at 11:30 AM, and I didn't leave until after 4:00 .The actual "active" time spent on my hair was very short, but I spent hours just sitting and waiting. Usually they cut my hair well after washing and half drying. This time the lady dried and flattened my hair using straightener on very high heat. Didn't reduce even after mentioning it's burning my scalp. Gave the feedback to the man at the front desk as well who didn't seem to care at all. Had red scalp and hair fall from the heat. Feedback - Listen to the customer if they're in pain. Simple.
