I have been coming here since 2019 and Trang always takes care of me. I always look forward to my hair appointments and seeing her. She knows what I like with my hair and gives honest feedback regarding what would be best for the health of my hair. She also gives me recommendations for treatments, hair products and styling tips. I came in for a basic, all-over permanent color, no highlights, for shoulder-length hair. I brought in my own hair products, i.e., hair color and color developer--basically everything needed for the permanent color, which I was told I could do--and their stylist would then mix and apply the color to my hair, etc. My stylist--who I was told can do basic color, but nothing like highlights, etc., was very evidently (by the end of it all) a non-advanced-level colorist, which, to be fair, the gist of which I was made aware coming... read more

Always take an appointment. The stylists are very good here.. front desk could use some customer service politeness though. Dont let that judge you the stylists here. They are very good. Prices are reasonable. Have recommended this place to many of my friends and they have all loved this.
