I have been impressed with Simple Global’s onboarding process, in particular with their attention to details, their personal approach, and how they genuinely care for their clients. They are responsive, efficient and flexible.
Valerie, I need this refunded faster. You all have atrocious follow up and even worse tracking systems. The fact you all took my order. Said you filled the order and then contacted me 2 weeks later to inform me you all screwed up and did little to nothing to source and fill the order tells that your company is fraudulent and unethical. I am extremely disappointed and will be reviewing it on Google as bad and filling the review with the contents of our conversations.
