RUN as Fast as You Can! – There is only one word I'd use....RUN! This company is the absolute worse company to work with in buying flooring. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They got the date all wrong by three weeks to deliver my hardwood, there was no communication telling me the flooring had to be shipped from Texas, therefore delaying the shipment, and then when they delivered the goods they literally dumped it on the curve...in their words...we don't provide white glove service to take the 200lbs of wood up into... read more
