Disappointed. After I had called a week ago and arranged for an on site review of our many rooms of hardwood flooring I had to call and remind them of the appointment when they didn't show. In my perception a few minutes late without notice says that my business is not a priority. I will not be a customer now or in the future.
Tony is awesome! Came out and gave a great explanation on pricing and tips for quality as well as design. Turned a dream into a reality!
We worked with Tony to have new carpet installed in our house and ended up with new flooring in one of the bathrooms as well. The carpet turned out great JR and Doc definitely know what they are doing. The bathroom floor turned out pretty good as well aside from one minor gap left in the closet. But Tony had his guys come back out and make it right without any hassle. The one thing that could have been better, was communication.
