What an awesome place! Rob is a rockstar! This review is long past due but I just needed to let people know how amazing this place is. I have personally had several things fixed here and it’s always fast, informative and professional. I have also sent many friends to simple fix who have all had such a great experience that I have been thanked multiple times for the recommendation. Thank you simple fix. I'll start off by first saying, "I didn't think my phone was repairable". I had forgotten that I had placed it on the bumper of my car as I was preparing to take off soon, but was distracted by people talking to me as I was trying to make my escape. Which led to taking off, and my phone landing in the middle of the road. This is a particularly busy road, so I can only imagine how many times it had been plowed in the 30 minutes it was out there. I came in my iphone 15 today and they cleaned my charging port. Offered a tip but said no. There was chocolate in it
My MacBook Air’s keyboard suddenly stopped working and I took it into Simple Fix hoping the issue could be resolved quickly. Rob was efficient, communicative, and explained the issue with the keyboard with great detail. Mega bonus: I was in and out with a fixed laptop within 45-minutes! Talk about a life saver. My phone screen fell apart from my phone entirely. Brought it in to simple fix since its near my house and it took them 15 minutes maybe less to fix it. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone i know.
