What an awesome place! Rob is a rockstar! This review is long past due but I just needed to let people know how amazing this place is. I have personally had several things fixed here and it’s always fast, informative and professional. I have also sent many friends to simple fix who have all had such a great experience that I have been thanked multiple times for the recommendation. Thank you simple fix. I'll start off by first saying, "I didn't think my phone was repairable". I had forgotten that I had placed it on the bumper of my car as I was preparing to take off soon, but was distracted by people talking to me as I was trying to make my escape. Which led to taking off, and my phone landing in the middle of the road. This is a particularly busy road, so I can only imagine how many times it had been plowed in the 30 minutes it was out there. I came in my iphone 15 today and they cleaned my charging port. Offered a tip but said no. There was chocolate in it
My MacBook Air’s keyboard suddenly stopped working and I took it into Simple Fix hoping the issue could be resolved quickly. Rob was efficient, communicative, and explained the issue with the keyboard with great detail. Mega bonus: I was in and out with a fixed laptop within 45-minutes! Talk about a life saver.
