Did not feel special. I had a bad experience. They had a beautiful selection but worse attitudes. They come off rude to everyone in my party. There was another appointment booked at the same time as mine (no one after) and all of the employees were focused more on the other girl. Out of maybe 4 employees I had one who only half paid attention to me. All of the other women seemed to be styling this other girl. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Simple Elegance! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed, supported, and special. They listened to what I was looking for, gave honest and helpful feedback, and created the most comfortable and fun environment.
