Great experience
Completely ghosted us for 7months, 2 days before our wedding emails asking if we are still good. I replied I wasn’t even sure I would hear from her because she hasn’t gotten back with me for MONTHS. Long story short we had to reschedule everything because of this couple. Pay the little extra and go to someone else!!
The wife and I did not get the photos we paid for. Very special day and we have no photos to show for it. It has been over 2 months since the photos were taken. We understand things happens sometimes, however we’ve not got much response about the photos. I will gladly update the review if we ever get the photos, but it doesn’t look promising.
Before I put down our deposit I looked into reviews, and there seemed to be plenty more good reviews than bad ones, but now I wish I would have paid more attention to the bad ones! Our photos were taken July 5th and it is currently September 18th and Sabina has still not sent us the photos, and overall has been unresponsive. I messaged her asking about the photos 2 weeks after they had been taken and she told me she sent out an email on July 14th…. I contacted Sabina for a wedding back in April of this year. My experience started out good. She seemed kind and caring everything was going smooth. A little side note, My fiancé and I were planning a destination wedding so about a month after booking I reached out for questions through email she wouldn’t respond. So I tried calling no response.
