Booked a clean with Lana, Received a text after 8pm (13 hrs before my scheduled clean) informing me they forgot & to not expect them the next morning. In response to the comment below: I was actually told “too bad” until I wrote my review.

Excellent team work from Simple and Clean Lana, Tina and Lina did a brilliant job cleaning our house today, they are so professional and attention to all the cleaning details, giving our house a thorough clean. They are very friendly and arrived on time. Lana is very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them and will be using their service ongoing.
