During such a difficult time of grief, the excellent service we received was deeply appreciated. Mitchell, the funeral director was compassionate, readily available, and always prompt in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. The aftercare with Linda was professional, thorough, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. We are truly grateful for the kindness, guidance, and support provided throughout the entire process.

Simple Choice made the cremation planning process easy at a time when it’s hard to make decisions or remember things that need to be done. Mitchell was compassionate, detailed oriented and explained every step in easy to understand terms. I was given a leather binder that had all important paperwork organized into folders. I opted for the Aftercare, which was a life saver when it comes to death notification to all government departments.
