We built a 600 square foot attached ADU with a separate entrance, full bath, kitchenette and its own mini split system. We use it as a short term rental and it books really well. Guests always leave comments about the quality and the finishes. Simple Choice really got our vision from the beginning.
Did a garage conversion ADU and it does not feel like a garage at all anymore. They bumped up the ceiling, added windows for natural light, ran new plumbing and electrical throughout. The insulation is great, very quiet inside.
