What stood out to me was how organized everything was. You always hear horror stories about construction projects, but this one stayed on track and communication was clear the whole time.
We hired them for a full home remodeling, and it turned into a stressful ordeal. Deadlines were constantly missed, and the crew seemed unorganized. Some of the work had to be redone due to mistakes, which further delayed everything. I wouldn’t recommend them.
I felt misled from the start. The final cost was much higher than the original estimate, with no clear explanation. Not a trustworthy company.
I had a terrible experience with Simple Choice Construction INC. The project took way longer than promised, and the communication was almost nonexistent. I constantly had to chase them for updates. Very unprofessional.
Customer service was awful. They were responsive before signing the contract, but once the work started, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. I felt completely ignored.
