Simple Balance is a place where miracles can happen. I have learned so many things since my first visit in August of 2005. I am using less pharmaceutical medication. I am working on getting rid of the final three. What a journey I have been on!! ♥
My husband was very skeptical when he went the first time to Dr Jaena, but he was having a very hard time with so much medication for high blood pressure, upset stomach, not being able to sleep and antidepressants that he gave in and went to see her with an open mind and lots of faith. She was Fantastic! With her treatments in the office and some simple breathing and mind exercises at home, my husband is doing great!
