Just leased a new Jeep with this company and the process was long (some of this was out of their control to be fair). I was the one initiating all communication at first and then the amount of calls and text to get the deal done was awful. I would have rather just spend time day at a dealership and been done. They say they work to get you the best deal…. Not true. I sent a co worker to the local dealership they got the jeep from and she paid half the money down that I did and is paying 10 dollars less a month.

This is such a terrible place they don’t handle there issues they just want to sell you anything then they don’t respond when you have issues they should not be able to sell cars the way they do they are not efficient and do not comply with resolving any issues they caused Anthony joe and Alex legal action is In there hands now

Got the car I wanted, didn't have to sit in a dealer all day for their 6 hour sales process, they delivered car to my driveway, and all at a better price than from the dealers. It's a no brainer!!

Worked with Alex to get a new vehicle back in July. The process went OK, but had to stay on top of him. New car was delivered July 10th, old lease return was picked up by their driver (he drove off in it) with the promise that they will work with Nissan for the vehicle return. Fast forward to today, Nissan still hasn't received the vehicle and Alex won't pick up my calls or return voicemails. No one ever picks up the "office" number. Stay away unless you want to deal with issues!!!
