Be careful hiring Shane Fowler. He charges by the hour. He charged me $115 per hour for 7 hours to come to my home to do an assessment of my crawlspace. He was on site for 1.5 hours and provided a 2 page written report with no photos of my crawlspace. He noted that my front porch was settling and not even but didn't note that in my report. Just seems like a lot of hours billed for maybe 4 hours of work.
