How is it even humanly possible that you can build and deliver the window and demand your money within one month but when there’s a problem you ignore the customer for three or four months.
We’ve been waiting 70 days for some sashes to be remade. I find it ridiculous that they can deliver the window in one month but when Simonton has issues, they just ignore you like a piece of dust. I’ll remove the review when you reconcile the sashes, the patio door and the banner and Mcgraph and sloop damage. Bought a new house. Windows came from this company. Vapor seal on one of the fixed windows is broken. Warranty service is ridiculous. They are sending a replacement window (great) but are making us pay for shipping, labor and installation for a window they produced that was broken. Completely unhelpful warranty process. I ordered a window from Simonton, but they sent a damaged and incorrect unit that was missing parts. It took them a long time to come back and attempt repairs. The whole process was very stressful and inconvenient. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
